Gosh ... tank doing his/her job and giving up all DPS to do it. Seems perfectly fine to me, just poor opponents not understanding BG mechanics.

I would like to see more critical thinking, adapting to combat circumstances and skill usage in ESO, rather than number crunching, metas and rotations.
Its always the same circle. High dmg builds like procs dominate an environment and every non proc char is building a defense build. Now we have the perma block meta again
Proctard -> blocktard etc etc

You know what's the counter to proc sets? Tanksmaybe if your party wouldn't have been all consistent of them, and actually running dps sets you'd have more chances.
Now about mechanics, you just need 2 flags to win domination, not all of them.

Remove block casting and the game becomes Elder Dizzying Swing / Dawnbreaker online.
If some 80k health tank is camping flags in battlegrounds, I don't quite see how this is a problem for anyone. Even domination mode you can cap all the other flags. He just wants to waste your time.
You know the more people you have on the flag it flips so if you had 2 people on the flag you would flip it even with him on it.Even then if he had the center flag go capture the other 3.You wasted your time and your team time fighting that tank for no reason.

Wrecking Blow and such is very easy to Block/avoid.
Perma blocking hurts the game.
Didn't have time to read all the posts untill now. Thanks at least for educating me on the fact that you can flip an objective if you have more people. I admit I didn't know that, and it changes my perception on how broken these builds are in bg's.
What it doesn't change however is that fact that permablocking and that it is still possible is just ridiculous in itself. I truly cannot see how people defend this playstyle. I mean, do you really belief it is good game design when 1 sole player, without his groupmates, can outlast a beating from 4 for a full 30 seconds, healing himself with 1-2 button press every time, while he is being feared and debuffed? Just because there is no sorc with negate... Even if they are to be ignored, the sheer fact that it is even possible is just bad game design.
Also, why are so many people assuming I'm running some generic proctard build? Like that is the only possible reason someone could dislike blocktards.
