ESO Plus Payment Problem

I purchased an ESO Plus subscription yesterday (6/26) and the transaction appeared on my bank statement, but ESO has given no indication that it went through. What is the issue here? I also tried to get support from Zenimax over email about this but I haven't gotten a response back yet. Any ideas?

    Answer gets simple with that. You will need to open a ticket with Customer Suppot https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home and explain what is going on. It might take a few days to get it resolved. The key point is to keep engaged with them via email until done. They have a quirky ticket tracking system that they use, so don't be discouraged if they mark your ticket as resolved/closed before it is.
