    They really didn't like the new health tank thing it seems.
    7-day PVP campaign regular 2016-2019, Flawless Conqueror. MagDK/stamplar/stamwarden/mageblade. Requiem, Legend, Knights of Daggerfall. Currently retired from the wars; waiting on performance improvements.

    whats funny is the the top 1% (uno the guys that justified ZoS to make all these big changes) has already used this to cheese through world first clears etc. once again this change will only effect the ppl who are having trouble and has never done it.

    yes and I'm going to be a hipster and say I was using it before the update, started using it after 1 tam and switched out before homestead (the build was originally on tamriel foundry) its BORING AS SIN and also puts you in the position of effectively not being able to use the character for anything else. neither appealed to me.

    also one of the first rules of any game, especially MMO's is never design builds around exploits OR broken mechanics, you will only end up disappointed and perhaps with a sore face when your crutch is kicked out from under you.

    That was in a different section than the "tank" DK section.

    ZoS basically said, "Oooops..we forgot to change how Equilibrium works. We changed it to work like the other skills we changed in Update 14."

    You forgot to mention the part about the 200% increase on yourself. I know that there were some ridiculous health builds spamming shields, but they will still work. I don't think you can call it a "nerf" to DK tanks though, as it was a very niche thing that doesn't really work in content where not blocking an attack will see you eating a 70k+ hit.

    Where is the nerf to shield spamming sorcs!

    The difference is, the shield spamming sorc does it on himself, the DK does it on all allies, so imagine a tank with 78k health bar shielding all alies...., that what was nerfed and the self shield stays, as stated under the paragraph in the notes:

    « Dragonknights stacking Max Health could create extremely powerful damage shields on multiple allies at the same time, making some encounters easier than intended. We’ve kept the damage shield strength on the casting Dragonknight the same, while making it less effective on allies. »

    I have a feeling if they had allowed streams and not done the whole NDA nonsense, they would've caught on and nipped this in the bud during the PTS instead of two weeks after release.

    I know, and if they would have left the rest of the skill alone it would be ok. However this is a nerf to the ability to heal group members on top of sustain, healers didn't need any more nerfs.

    The 2 nerfs are directly connected based on Halls of Fabrication gameplay style people decided to come up with.

    Great This patch didn't nerf my DK. It killed it. Two skills that i've built around. I guess i'll join Green Pact\Plague Doctor HP-tanks crowd now...
