Think you got it twisted on what gate-camping is. It's fine if you're going for the scrolls or trying to get emp to gank people at the gate. It's not when you already have the whole map.

You don't need to be anywhere near any gate to get Emp. Why would you need to gank people at the gate while trying to get Emp?

Yea, some Japanese zerg showed up yesterday morning, I was like where the hell did these people come from?? They were squishy af. If they did show up this morning too, good, because at 9 am 5 of us were fighing about 30-40 ADs who were rolling the map without any resistance.

And Grim and Strid, I don't know how else to explain it to you man. If a faction doesn't have emp yet and is trying to keep people off the ring by taking their trikeeps, it's perfectly fine. I'm the last person to support gate-camping, but like come on, get off your high horses.

I fully understand this ^^. But I. Your previous quote you mentioned ganking at the gate while trying to Emp. PUGz helped you Emp several times and never once did we need to go anywhere near a gate. I'm not on a high horse. What is it with you people who want to talk **** every time you get called out on your BS.

Doubt there's any organized group going around ganking people at their gates. Grim was complaining about being gate-camped. I'd be surprised if more than 3 people were ganking at their gates at any given time. And again, trikeeps being held while trying to emp is perfectly normal. Don't know what you're getting your panties in a bunch about.

I wasn't online to witness the alleged gate-camping in question, but I've definitely seen 8-12 people stealth ganking at AD gates in the past, so I don't think it should be that surprising. All it takes is a group of pugs with nothing better to do to make it happen.

We all know of whom I speak. He's been doing this against all factions for over a year. It's pathetic.

Ugh I've been looking at Sotha Sil tread and it seems like DC is dominating over there too

Since there seems to have more pop there, I thought it'd be pretty balanced campaign.
The only other choices would be TF (I have only 300 cp) or almalexia which seems like the less populated campaign

Go to Vivec. It's very fun. CP does not matter as much any more. 300 is plenty.

I think what Strid is pointing out is that the jump from 0-3/400 is a LOT bigger than the jump from 300 to 630, due to the diminishing returns of CP--so at cp 300 or so you can contribute to teamfights in Vivec just fine, even if you aren't going to solo the world.

Also, Sotha is pretty broken scorewise, but the fights are still a ton of fun--during most hours at least 2 factions have some meat on them.

That's pretty much what I meant. I can't remember what tree I was placing a champ point in but the number went from 14.49% to 14.51% ( something like that ) for 1 CP. That really makes no difference.

It literally makes no difference. CP now round down to the nearest integer, so there is no point in investing in fractional percentages.

I don't play in a CP campaign anymore so all of my characters are loaded out with PvE CP.
