So 75 gives you a full bonus, but since you cant go beyond 100 you wont ever pump the stat higher. Therefore, yes, stop at 75 (correct me if Im wrong please and ffs shut it with the word games)3

Pre-Morrowind changes, your CP allocation provided percentile bonuses. Post-Morrowind they no longer do but the dev's have not updated the cp node tooltips or confirmed that this is in fact working as intended.

In game your CP allocation should note the tooltip and only be increased to a value that rounds down to the next whole number e.g. 0 - 3 points put into Hardy (a 15% node) gives you no benefit, but the 4th point provides you a 1% (rounded down) bonus.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Yeah, that is why I think it is unintended, because the tooltips show the fraction % as if it was actually counting for the bonus.
What the OPs discovered and tested was that the fractions weren't included in the calculations.
So, if you spend, for ex, 26 points in Ironclad, the tooltip says a bonus of 11.35%, but only 11% is actually included in the calculation.
Therefore, it is not worth it to invest 27 points, because you get 11.71% which is also actually 11%, nor is it worth it to invest 25 points because you get 10.98%, which is actually 10%.
So you may consider 26 points to get 11% (tooltip 11.35%) or 28 points, instead, which give you 12% (tooltip 12.08%).

Thrasher91604✭✭✭✭✭That is much too complicated an explanation for a simple thing. Fractions aren't used in percentage boni. It's nothing more complicated than that. Think it means when you go to co and allocate it will say like DOT increased 17.5% well the .5 won't matter so you may have wasted a few points getting there and when you hit 18% that is the Jump.
Not sure how it works in light armour focus etc. as they clearly state goes up x amount but like yourself this is the first I'm hearing and could be wrong.0
