Not many things in a game get a lot of people annoyed at the same time but one that certainly makes me want to post on the forums is being treated worse than others, paying the same fee. The deafening silence makes ZOS seem second rate and that they dont care.

I am pretty sure that they do care, especially as EU players are a significant portion of their income.

So come on ZOS have the decency to front up. I, and I am sure others, want to know

• Why it is always the EU server that takes the longest to maintain
• Why EU maintenance is done during the day
• What are you doing about it - I would imagine you at ZOS are not happy about this and are looking into solutions

Silence whilst the forums fill up with complaints paints the wrong picture. Show you care about your EU playerbase, post some answers, even if they are answers you think we may not want to hear.

Have had that problem too. Way too many times. Easiest thing to check is to make sure you have enough space on HD and launcher is running with admin permissions.

Yes, likely less than that at this point.

We know everyone's frustrated about PC EU still being offline, and please understand we generally prefer to have both servers open simultaneously. We ran into an issue this morning that only affected PC EU and needed to investigate to ensure there wouldn't be an impact when we brought everything back online.

And we just got word everything is wrapping up now, and should be opening momentarily.

- timezones
- they keep on patching

the answer you don´t want to hear was already posted: patching of eu server takes one or two more hours?

Sure we are all annoyed at the downtime but how about ZOS give us EU players a bit of customer service and some more information, and yes maybe even a sorry. Most of the time a sorry will make people feel a bit better and is a pretty easy thing to do.

Or they can stay silent and ride out the storm of anger. This route portrays ZOS as uncaring of quite a lot of their playerbase.

Always amazes me when the easy to do things, with a lot of upside, are ignored.

They needed to reinstall Windows 4 NT on the main server. Wait for it. Just wait for it ... 3 floppy disk, 2 done, one more to go

At least they should split up the maintances, Americans just woke up and they play haply ever after, while we are in the middle of the day and still cant play with game. 3 AM in eu would be nice to start the mainatnces and the end time will be 9 or 10 Am and there will be no compliments and rage tpoics about this *** fest what is going all around of the EU maintances.

-Timezone: Nah, they started way too late in EU. They basically started at noon and EU is only 4-5 timezones wide and that is only if we talk about Europe as not union, what makes Russia part of EU. Russia is partially in Europe, other half goes to Asia.

Not sure how to fixed this "Locked" error I keep getting have plenty of HD space and also on admin.
