I can understand NA server start first cause it use for authentication
But 2 hours its too much, NA customer found server up soon in the morning and EU customer found server up late in day
I pay for ESO+ and I also pay for the people working right now on our server. Whatever takes longer for it to come online doesn't really matter. I never maintained a server so I can't tell, and I bet you can't as well.0 -
How about giving any player every Maintenance which last longer than 3 Hours or than NA Maintenance 50 Crowns. The servers will be so fast online that no one get Crowns (except big Content Patches)4 -

PS Maintenance really should be changed to Wed My life is ESO I care nothing for the real world!!!!

I have already work on maintenance server and migration server too, but for bank and insurance then customer is the first priority... I will work tonight between 19h-7h, then i cant play all day but i paid...
I m upset about the delta time, 2 hours more for EU server maintenance, but no reason mentionned.

Again the EU servers require more time to fix stuff. Could we agree that that needs to be fixed first? We feel like second-rate players now...

3. People get upset, threaten to unsub and/or threaten to leave the game.
4. As soon as the maintenance is over, everybody is happy again, plays ESO and forgets about the anger.
It is sad that a company of this size is not able - or not willing - to manage a reasonable maintenance, especially for the EU.
I do feel like a second class customer. This won't make me quit, but it will prevent me from coming back after taking time out to wait for some new content and playing something different.
As long as they get our money, nothing will change. Never.PC/EU11 -

Till the day that they will treat Europeans same as americans will not spend any single penny. They even didn't bother to locate European server in Europe at launch, this shows their intention. Just circle the maintenance times already, company always favor americans. Honestly a business company should know better.1

Expecting a great from company that can't make your ingame AH delivery deliver instant, is too much. They even missed most common search input field in AH design.0 -

Have had that problem too. Way too many times. Easiest thing to check is to make sure you have enough space on HD and launcher is running with admin permissions.1 -
