    Good thing Google also does maintenance on it's servers once/week ....

    It is a bit anachronistic in this day and age. It seems no MMO has really grasped the nettle of continuous uptime, the costs are really not that much different if the architecture is baked in at design phase rather than as an after thought.

    Again the EU servers require more time to fix stuff. Could we agree that that needs to be fixed first? We feel like second-rate players now...

    maybe move your game to a professional Cloud-plattform. In 2017 there is no excuse for maintenance of Hardware causing a service to go offline. Imagine Netflix going offline for 8 hours... lol what a loss of Image and Money. That is why they use a 2 in 3 redundancy architecture.

    Stop the grind! Get rid of stupid events and daily-quest gallore. Get rid of "have a chance of 1 in a million to get a piece of 1 in 30 to get a stupid motif or pet... wtf..."
    And at this point just remove all classes and have everyone choose their set of skills. then balance accordingly to skills always used vs. skills never used.

    Someone/something F'ed up probably. I do maintenance as a job so, yeah I might seem like its easy but you would not believe the number of time you go right that's that done ok quick test. WTF why does it not work. So you do a quick reset and poof the gods smile on you once again. Or even worse you find the cause is hardware because the last guy, lets call him ***, did not do his job right and its the one part you don't have.

    Thing is, I'd expect a company of your calibre to make sure things get better, at least gradually. But to me it seems you put zero budget into preventing those situations for the PC EU server, which is not responsible behaviour at all. It got the new norm for PC EU people to expect the server to be unplayable for an entire day a week.

    I would love to see a list of actions you have taken since the first few times things didn't run smooth on PC EU. Measures to not cause major inconvenience to one half (?!) of your customers again and again and again...

    Well. Zos should really think about money. I mean, if they dislike income from EU this much, keep the prime time maintenance bs. I am sure more ppl will be pissed and stop supporting game compared to how much they would if bad stuff like this would be solved. There are other online games with NA and EU servers, and they have their maintenance in different times, so most players would be satisfied in both EU and NA.

    An hour or two?! Would you care to explain why it is always the European Servers that are brought up late ( or not worked on properly), even as it is LAteAfternoon/Primetime approaching over here? Given the amount of hours this game spends in maintenance, I really consider switching to a game with a better technical expertise, because having a full 6 hour downtime each week should either not happen or be compensated at the very least.

    Not providing the service we paid for is in violation of European Law to prevent Customers like us being blackmailed, or not given the stuff / services we pay for. Thats why they leave all the servers in the US.

    I can understand NA server start first cause it use for authentication
    But 2 hours its too much, NA customer found server up soon in the morning and EU customer found server up late in day :/

    Well, if you took the time to read the ToS you agreed you - you would see that Zenimax already is defended against such a claim.

    I urge you, EU players, to do something about this. As someone said earlier, we don't matter as individuals. Let's see what happens if most of us stop supporting the stuff they sell, including ESO+. Strength and Voice, in numbers!

    What you SHOULD have done, was left the NA server down too.

    At least then the rage would have minimized, feeling like second rate customers.
