Whether you slot it will probably depend on how highly you value a single skill slot. With the buffs to heavy attack sustain, it may be better to focus on that mechanic for sustain instead of depending on SA like we do now. That said, if you've got nothing else to slot there, it may be worth having for the extra resources?

Agreed, plus the changes to Eclipse are going to be very painful for a magblade this update, but we don't have to cast a skill to get resources from heavy attacks, which are undodgeable anyway.
