Ugh, no changes to Warden? What about the promised DPS increase for mag wardens? What about the missing effects on Stamina morphs?
Is this really the last patch?

First They Made this good change...
*Increased the damage of Light Attacks by 15%.
Decreased the damage of Heavy Attacks by 15%.
Increased the resources restored by fully-charged Heavy Attacks by 30%.
Then They f...k us up with these surprises:D
*Reduced the cast time of fully-charged Bow Heavy Attacks by 10%.
To compensate for this increased attack speed, the damage for Bow Heavy Attacks has been reduced by an additional 10% for a total of 25%, and resources restored has been reduced by 10% for a total increase of 20%.
*Reduced the cast time of fully-charged Flame and Frost Heavy Attacks by 12.5%.
To compensate for this increased attack speed, the damage for Flame and Frost Heavy Attacks has been reduced by an additional 12.5% for a total of 27.5%, and resources restored has been reduced by 12.5% for a total increase of 17.5%.

And no real nerfs to Mag Sorcs, Shields, or Dark Exchange. I'm a bit worried.

This patch note is confusingThe second part of this change does it only apply to Flame and Frost or all 3 elements? (Lightning too)To compensate for this increased attack speed, the damage for Flame and Frost Heavy Attacks has been reduced by an additional 12.5% for a total of 27.5%, and resources restored has been reduced by 12.5% for a total increase of 17.5%.

Fairly sure it was mentioned in Live they had intentions on buffing Warden to bring its dps in line with other classes as the magicka side is underperforming.
I do, that was my thinking too, it would be some nice diversity choices there on what to pick. I like the change a lot if Lightning wasn't affected by it. Gives some nice choices for different classesstevepdodson_ESO888 wrote: »@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

if you recall, they did not change the attack speed of Lightning so my understanding of this would be only to Fire and Frost

So if we had patch notes that only included the changes since the last PTS patch, the final Warden changes would be included?
We used to have such notes for the last major updates...

Yes, but that's a buff between 3.04 and 3.05... this is an update from 2.7 to 3.05 which means there's no change since all from warden is new...(yes, it is confusing).... we would need to incremental notes from pts -> live to see what they did...

On ESO Live, Rich or Wroebel (Don't remember who exactly) did promise additional changes to Nightblades' Siphoning Strikes as well as some changes to the Warden that were only in the Live patch. They seemed to be exempted from the patch notes for the sake of brevity and because you guys don't seem to include notes for changes that iterate on previous PTS changes. I think it will ease a lot of people's minds if you can find these changes and post them, however. Please try and find out what changes were made to Siphoning Strikes and Wardens

This guy don't get that Zenimax make 200 promises a day.
It's called legal lie, they lie at you but not really, they will change it but maybe in 4 months that's how Zenimax do it every time.
They also told people Battlegrounds will have a CP version, can you see it? What about the token system they were working for? They hype you and let you forget about it, they are very smart.
But what about the resources for heavy attacksZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »We're working on getting some clarification about any changes to Siphoning Strikes - stand by...
