As a stam DK main pve, I would like to sum up some of my nerfs the last half a year:
Reduce maelstrom flurry bonus wpn dmg from 3000 to 2000.
-Starting sleeper build non meta, atleast I wont get nerfed then right?
Reduce morag tong dmg bonus with poison attacks from 15% to 10%.
Remove crit chance on proc sets - rip poisoned serpent and all the others already underused sets in this game.
Nerf crits - core build for stamina in pve.
Reduce weapon dmg on dual wield
Reduce rearming trap dmg by 30%
Reduce standard of might dmg by 5% (because of a magicka DK buff to whip)
Reduce heavy attack dmg by 15% - hidden nerf to molten armaments.
So.................. I understand "balance" is needed in a competitive game. But either focus on being competitive with real end game focus, or give mmo players the progression feeling they deserve, which btw was the main reason champion points got implemented in the first place so max level characters still got the feeling of progression.
Is really stam DK this OP ?
Nightblades have crit dmg and crit chance passive
Templars have crit damage and weapon dmg passive
Sorcs have wpn dmg, reduce cost ults and max stamina passive
DK's have poison status effect passive and no other bonus to anything related to stamina dps, which means a stam dk's endless hail are the weakest endless hail of all classes. This goes with every skill besides the poison morph of arrow spray, which has 6% more dmg on-hit due to poison aoe.
Not saying I'm completely rip, but just from my side of view how it feels to get nerfed every single patch possible. I used to looking forward to patch notes and reading them carefully. Now lately, I just scroll down to balance, read them for 2 mins and close my browser.
