I voted for under 15 minutes. If it's vCoS and vICP it's between 15 and 30 though. Oh and if I pug with newer players, it's anything between 10 minutes and 2 hours.

What reward are you talking about? Pledge? Random Undaunted Daily? RNG loot at the end?
You have to bear in mind, too, some dungeons layouts are short and sweet. Others (Volenfell, for instance) take you on a scenic tour on a large map. Equally, some have shortcuts you can use to move things along.
Good group, 15 minutes is quite manageable for most standard (non DLC) dungeons. The Speed Run achievements will give you an idea of the original expected time.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

✭✭It depends... tbh, when I am doing a dungeon with friends, it can take a while, we are never in a rush, and people are often going afk for some reason or another, and we tend to spend allot of time chatting and messing around
Two guildies in particular enjoy trying to get one another killed in dungeons, and so if they are both present, I already know it will be a fair while lol
If we are doing it because somebody needs the speed achievement, however, we are able to finish the dungeon very quickly, but in general, we don't tend to rush through, and treat it more as a social event than anything

But unless it is Mazzatun, CoS or WGT you can make it through within an hour (and usually make it through those 3 too but it might take closer to 2 hours).
On the other hand, if I form a group with guild mates we can run through anything within 30 mins.1
