you never got 1vX'd by a group with 2 snipe spammers, you LOS heal dodgeroll block perfectly to get your burst on one of the sniper spammers who starts holding block and back pedaling with TK up you get CC'd once by his zergling buddies and he's back to full??

✭✭All these complaints about proc sets when MagSorc is the PvP meta. Until they nerf Sorc shields they shouldn't touch another thing related to stamina builds. Sustain and healing on Stam classes both took a major hit in Morrowind and proc sets are the only thing keeping them somewhat competitive.1 -

I do that with my NB, Temp, and Sorc without TK.
I use Panacea and healing ward, or dark conversion, or BoL or even sometimes one of the other monster sets.
You know Panacea with bloodspawn is pretty redonkulious right?

Anyone with a proccset will be so OP. Stamblades arent the only class privvy to these asenine sets that ZOS so wisely put into the game. (sarcasm)
Proccsets needs to go away, or players will eventually do it instead...go away. I have quite a few on my friendlist that just gave up pvp and the game as a whole after they released 1tamriel and the plethura of proccsets with it.

Defiler + viper...
with yellow weapon damage runes for jewelry, thief mundus, divines traits and all passive critical and weapon damage boosting skills you can have slotted I am about to wet myself even though I would still be playing in a window that I would glance at once in a while to loot and not be mistaken for afk... also two 1h dreugh king weapons for a little bit extra weapon damage and penetration traits on them... and then still take ten minutes to kill *** when going through the game and nodding off constantly from the monotony even when you are pumped full of a pot of coffee and get up to smoke every 20 minutes to try to wake yourself back up from the monotonous and slow combat that all games named morrowind have by traditionEdited by necronomniconb14_ESO on April 29, 2017 1:33PM0 -
t3hdubzy✭✭✭✭Just fyi shuffle/evasion is like a proc set in which when you proc it you dodge all attacks for like 3 seconds, which is why you constantly miss 7 or 8 attacks in a row on someone.
And yes proc sets will be the meta again, though they are still being used today.
I think the problem with the easiest solution of shared gcd, is that all the proc sets work differently even if its just the percentage. What makes viper so strong is its reliable every 4 seconds. Vicious death has special circumstances, veil is a 2 piece set, tremor you have to taunt.
Some are more reliable then others so i think this would require a bit of a rework since you wouldnt be able to stack them, and some are useless on their own.1
