Those 2 sets are ignored from almost all of the vamps and WW fot pvp and pve .
I am proposing for some aditional utility to be added :
Vampire Lord : negate the Health Recovery penalty
or increase mist form base speed by 30%.
Salvation : reduce the cost of sprinting by 30% while transformed
or gain minor mending while transformed
