You were talking about free of cost. Sorry I thought a skill that can be casted without a target.
I dont know why the skills is with no cost. There is no other major buffs in the game which are free of cost.

No worries, I don't play Templar so definitely could have been wrong but glad I got that part right. This Warden passive just looks like it's crazy OP. Hope they get this fixed or at least add a cost to it, not sure what the justification for making it free is other than to give the Warden better sustain.

I'm curious about the concern around this power - is it the combination of utility or one of the effects in particular?
Is it about resource-free buffs? There are several Skills that provide passive benefits (like Major Savagery or Major Prophecy) just for slotting the ability. Repentance, as another example, refills resources free of cost and provides passive buffs.
Is it about non-combat Ult. regen? Nightblades have a passive in Catalyst that can generate 20 Ultimate out of combat by drinking potions.
Is it about the cumulative utility of passive Skills with other Skills? Argonian Nightblades generate all three resources *and* Ult. for popping a potion.
What, specifically, is broken? (and why is this not being discussed in the Closed Beta forum?) I think this discussion could have merit, provided more context is provided and located in the appropriate sub-forum. Currently, this reads like a negative rebuke of a new class ability under development and less like a concern for balance.

I also think if this were on the general forum people would be going bonkers with Warden hate, the class is already despised and hasn't even come out yet (personal observation from the people I play the game with). The timing of release of warden should not have been the same time as all the other classes being nerfed.

It's kind of hilarious they didn't think of that. They've created an actual face, someONE to direct the frustration and anger at, and it's their shiny new superwarden.
At-will MAJOR sorcery and magicka restore, for free, at the same time everybody else is getting nerfhammered right in the resources. Oh yeah, screw that guy.
