YEAH!!!Zenimax will need some time to "digest" our feedback. Changes to recovery could come later.
So please, do not freak out too much. Keep testing, keep giving good, constructive feedback with proper proof.

We won't even need to remember the fact that... every PTS before this one, despite mountains of feedback from the PTS testers, nigh every single PTS patch went to the Live servers exactly how they appear on the PTS. Next to NO CHANGES brought forth by the testers were made before the PTS went to Live.
ZOS's track record: If it appears on the PTS, that's how it will be on Live, regardless of the feedback they get.

Sure, we can go with this line of thought.beatonthis wrote: »Uriel_Nocturne wrote: »YEAH!!!Zenimax will need some time to "digest" our feedback. Changes to recovery could come later.

There's still time for 4 or 5 more patch tweaks. They need to address the issues of Vet-level pve content and issues with changed powers like Siphoning Strikes no longer being viable for the resource regen it was originally designed for.
Not as much as you want to think it is.lordrichter wrote: »Uriel_Nocturne wrote: »We won't even need to remember the fact that... every PTS before this one, despite mountains of feedback from the PTS testers, nigh every single PTS patch went to the Live servers exactly how they appear on the PTS. I don't think they want us here for creative input. They want us here to help identify progress impairing bugs.
Yeah, because even with the FLOOD of "pages of new threads all about how bad this patch will be..", since they don't agree with you, they must ALL be wrong...beatonthis wrote: »- Their own PTS is blowing up with the sheer number of players vehemently against 99% of the changes in it.
- Their Facebook page is blowing up.
- Their Twitter account is blowing up with people opposed to these changes.
- Reddit is lacerating them over these changes.
- Five (5) major ESO streamers are vociferously against these changes (and many smaller streamers) and telling them about how it will hurt their game (and a couple of them have started enacting moves to leave ESO behind).
So, with the majority of their players against these changes, and telling them about it mind you, It's all just "wah wah wah" threads that they have to sift through?
What fevered pitch does the negative opinions of these changes have to hit, before it changes from "wah wah wah" threads to "hey, there's actually serious game concerns with this patch, and your community of players is trying to make you aware of them"?
Im sorry, but i just dont believe anywhere near as many people are on the actual PTS as they are crying that the changes are so terrible, impossible to play etc..it took me maybe 10-15mins per toon to adjust and adapt my playstyle to have almost the same dps as live (without changing a single set), sure resource management is a real thing now, and heavy attacking is required, but its a good thing.
For too long the meta (most likely promoted by those same eso streamers) has basically dumbed down the content and playstyle, to the point where SOME of these changes are necessary (yes i dont agree with every change in the pts notes, and i will be testing and leaving feedback on everything).. and now its showing, with most seeming to struggle to even try to test and find a way to adapt, and instead crying bad patch or simply rage quitting.
Any posts ive seen that are actually constructive or genuinely testing the changes are either being swamped with comments about how they dont know s#!t and the patch will ruin all, or are buried under pages of new threads all about how bad this patch will be..

It's a self-heal now, isn't that what NBs were complaining about not having in PvP, enough healing? ZOS was generous enough to heed this feedback.

Yeah people can't seem to comprehened that this is only the SECOND cycle lol.
