Trove scamp?

Came across one of these in the sewers a few days ago but can't remember them being mentioned,and was even worth an achievement.

Yep, glowing scamps can pop up where you least expect them in the sewers.

Some drop materials -> Trove scamp.

Others drop Tel Var satchels.

They open portals to escape, and run willy nilly. They need to be interrupted, and won't mind running you right into banners.

There are cunning scamps as well, they give telvar sacs.
But, those trove scamps can give hakeijo

An IC original feature. Little buggers used to be the only source of Hakeijos in the game. Those were the days...

Honestly it was terrible

Scamps are so damn rare and loot is mediocre. I think zos should make them really desirable in order to upgrade Imperial Sewers
