Restores based on level - are we forever capped at level 50?

With the proposed changes making restores "level based" as opposed to your resource pool, and with no more levels passed 50, we will never see an improvement in this no matter how many times they raise the CP cap.

Therefore we will continually regress and not improve.

Does anyone know if the level on which they base this is level 50 max or tied to CP level cap?

I assume level based like they said.

But I'm commenting to ask why you feel a need a "improve" or progress indefinitely in character levels? It's the power creep of constantly increasing the vr levels and cp caps that put us in this predicament to begin with. This patch is about reverting power creep and resetting eso back to the resource management game that it originally was.

Why not reach max level learning your character, and then focus on progressing the player behind the character and improving yourself? That's where the real skill cap of this game is, not being carried by ever-increasing level/cp/gear buffs.
