Patch notes mentioned fixing Obsidian Shard heal so it wouldn't be dodged, but no mention of fixing Draining Shot's heal which has been broken since they added it.

On xbox I generally see the animation fly over my head when I dodge and it even proc's a combat notification of "dodged".
