I just spent a couple of hours reading through threads and commentary, and it's all a massively more negative reaction than positive, and the disparity is by quite a large margin.
I can almost see Wrobel sitting in his chair, fuming that the players don't think these changes are as perfect as he does. I say that I can almost see it, because I know he really doesn't care. The PTS is a placebo, and 99% of what appears on the PTS goes onto the Live servers completely unchanged. The PTS is there so that ZOS can introduce this stuff, and make people think that their voice has weight that ZOS never intends to give to those voices.
This game is about to take a massive, steaming *** on all of it's players; and this whole update, designed with punishing players for... playing the game and doing well, is going to make even just roaming around a futile struggle to get anything done.
And that's just a quick summary of the discussions over on the PTS forums. This update is not being received well by the people playing even just the base game patch, and they're largely mirroring the negative commentary being made in these General Forums.
If ZOS doesn't majorly change or outright reverse 99% of the changes coming down the pipe for this game, the damage to this game is going to be severe.

1st was kind of an "eh. it's not so bad and everyone is affected by the nerfs. A bit questionable that magicka steal, helping hands, and siphoning gets nerfed yet dark deal doesn't but I guess I play my sorc if its that big of a deal."
Then I'm starting to go through and see what actually affects me personally and and my big concern is away from resource management as I play in non-CP Azuras anyway and I start looking at actual ability. I really started to feel like my mains of stamblade and magplar; I could make my stamblade still work. Magplars sustain will be down and major mending obviously hurt but what really looks to hurt is I notice major defile on a spammable AOE! I mean; sweeps in PvP is already asking for people to just step through you but having the health return is really a form of mitigation allowing my magplar to do melee for a while. That hurts. So I figure my magplar is now my PVE soloer which it has been and my stamblade can adjust and use the new 2 second dodge roll root immunity as a god send along with the nerf to gap closer spam, and my sorc can be leveled up for my magicka player.
Then I read through in detail the warden skills and began to theory craft. Stamina is a bit lack luster in general as well as warden itself with the lesser morphs but holly hell! Why should I play anything other than magicka warden? Only thing it doesn't have is bling like sorcs streak or a cloak. It has every other buff you could possibly want. Even major heroism.
I'm with Deltia on this. If you want to nerf everything then fine, but don't come up and spit on my cheesburger than try to sell me another one.

NDA?
He didn't give away the Morrowind story.
Oh ok. Thought they weren't allowed to even say they were testing it.
That is correct, everyone please remember to not disclose that you have been selected to test the Morrowind beta. This is considered an NDA violation.

This guy and others streamers went to their HQ to talk about all the changes coming with Morrowind, to help them balance they asked for feedback and those people went there, wasted their time trying to balance for nothing they didn't listen a single advice from them they just decided to destroy every class, make the warden OP, destroy sustain because for the "elite" everything is too easy so *** the 99% of the community and they even mocked us.
Yes, those spoilers in the patch notes are in my opinion pure mockery "it's a buff if you have under 15k stamina as a stamina character" I would say so many things but I can't.
Sustain as it is now is so ridiculous. It has nothing to do with catering to the other 99%.
Do people really need that much hand holding in this game that you need builds that just take shot after shot? Where is the fun in spamming ability after ability and being able to face tank everything and anyone that you come up against?
I suck at dueling and PvP and even I can can say that sustain is broken and helps me survive more often than I should.
I'm not saying I agree with all of the patch notes - but sustain needs this nerf. If they aren't going to completely rebalance CP then I am fine with at least throwing sustain out.
I think hes saying we should all go outside and get some sunshine rather than stay in with the curtains drawn and get annoyed about a game.

You must be a Sorc or a Heavy Armor user then, sustain is very hard with Stamplar, Stamdk, Stamnb and Magicka DK if you don't use Heavy with those your sustain will be crap.
The solution is not nerfing Light and Medium, it's maybe easy for you to sustain but I invite you to try to have an infinite sustain will playing in small-scale or solo you will see that sustain is *** besides if you're a zerg player.

Then when they nerf warden after millions of dollars for ZOS and thousands of views for deltia's new warden builds, battlegrounds etc.
Deltia is loving this!

Not to sell t-shirts, or some acted personality) said it best. ZOS's intention is to shake everything up. For three years now ESO has grown and morphed into what it is now. ZOS can stand back for a minute and see ESO for what it is on a macro level.
We've had three years of some tweaks here, more tweaks there, a screw tightened there, etc. The players know it and have called for it and ZOS agrees. Radical change is required in order to march towards a better balance in game. The only way to start the ball rolling is to knock the house down to its foundations and start building a new one. You get the more radical changes to begin with and then I am more than certain going forward ZOS will implement more tweaks to continue to fine tune things.
If any of you thought that the 3.0 update was going to be some magical patch where nirvana and perfect balance was achieved in one fell swoop, then you are off your damn rocking chair!
With that being said, everyone should check out the Fengrush Twitch channel and join the king of the stam sorcs, first of his kind, and his friends as they battle ungodly odds against rabid foaming at the mouth elves and the drunkard bloodthirsty Pact army for control of Cyrodiil and the fate of the free peoples of Tamriel.
