Wanted to throw up a discussion about your ideal Cyrodiil. This is a no holds barred discussion, meaning if you don't feel like your game-style is included its fine.
1) Cyrodiil and Imp city given the One Tamriel treatment. I would love to see a factionless FFA Cyrodiil where keeps and towns are given more meaning and are guild controlled, it would provide a more open world feel to Cyrodiil instead of the transit system, I'm all for Zeni and Bethesda killing off all the leaders and letting Guild leaders rise through the ranks.
(I realize the complications with this, I also wouldn't mind the 5 guild system being scrapped for increased number size increased along with bank space)
2) More meaning given to some of the useless spawns in Cyrodiil, theres so much uselessness and things unused it makes zero sense.
(like that big ass Cathedral north of Bruma that its just useless, useless spawns all over the place after you complete the small quests in the game)
3) Cyrodiil being a zone like any other zone, the difference is you become flagged as soon as you enter it, if the keeps where harder to penetrate and take down I think it would give the game more meaning, a PvP flagged zone that you can travel to would be ideal. I never liked the campaign theme, I think its a waste of resources especially with battlegrounds coming out.
4) the integration of Imperial City into Cyrodiil and the removal of Molag Baal/Daedra, hes a turd and a punk - let us fight for the control of the White Gold Tower and the control of the land.
5) Make Kena and Warden have to relocate to some other obscure zone and retire those dungeons in favor of player vs player havoc.
(I realize people would be upset over this change and will likely quit, but I'm thinking of the people that would come back to Cyrodiil so.. toodles!)
6) Get rid of the damn slaughter fish and include swimming in Tamriel.
7) Make the game seamless as possible.
