A suggestion to ZOS: put down the game and solved this. Serious guys, if u need 6 or 7 hours, 12, dont care, just solved this situation. No one go die because a problems in server's or mainteneance's (go read a book :P ).

So we're back to the same situation as earlier today when the server was brought back up? Some people are lucky enough to be able to log in and play, and others aren't?

@ZOS_GinaBruno Not sure what your alls definition of "server is available" really means but dns flushes and reboots still have *NOT* fixed my error 200.

Some direction or instruction would be helpful.

Nothing appears to have changed to fix the ESO login despite the most recent maintenance that ended about 15 minutes ago.

Still "Could not retrieve announcements", still login failure error message.

For the love of the divines, PLEASE will someone sort this out, this is ridiculous.

Nice straw man attempt, but no. Nearly every large company has a board of directors filled with people who have little-to-no experience with the inner workings of the product or service that company provides.

^^ Don't think it is same as everyone else. Some people apparently are able to login.

Some, like me, have not been able to since the original server down 5-6 hours ago.

Giving it a bit, maybe whatever they fixed needs some time to propagate but atm this is round 2 of the 'server back up' announcement that doesn't really mean back up for players in my boat.

Still not working for me - same errors as before. While I do appreciate the efforts to fix the issue, this is really disappointing.

Patience has limits. I think some explanation would fit the community. I think it's a mistake - even a naive mistake - to announce solved problems without first testing with/in the public.

It's time to sort it out. I do not know what the philosophy of ZOS is, sometimes it seems confusing to me, I hope I have a wrong feeling.

Also can't log in. Was hoping to get to do my writs before the reset, but looks like that's not going to happen. Been trying to get in for about 8 hours now without luck.

yep us on the dark side have been down for a very long time. that being said. IT contracts designating 99.9999% are insanely expensive so just be happy ZOS hasn't taken that to the consumer lol

I was also getting the same error message, but the login started working for me about a minute ago. If you guys haven't already, maybe give it another try?

@ZOS_GinaBruno - The issue isn't resolved for some. This is getting ridiculous.

Edit: For the record, I get it's not you; however you're our voice to the people in the back. Please tell them to test a fix before claiming it's a fix because at this point why should we bother?

@ZOS_GinaBruno - any chance for subscribers to get an extra day tacked onto ESO+? Seems kinda skeezy to pay for it when we couldn't play due to mistakes on ZOS's part.

I still can't login and from the looks of it, its gonna a lot of time to fix, I suggest playing another game or going to sleep.

The lack of announcements is what pisses me off most about this.

I had tried about 10 minutes after the second time ZOS said it's okay.
I have the status about 9 hours.

back up for me, tyvm for the maint. if it is deemed necessary in addition to the regular one in 48 hrs.

don't see why it is necessary, please clarify if possible.
