    Personal Update:
    I am finally in, however it's extremely clunky loading in, load screens as per usual taking a while (as it always does during this time of day for me). Everything just seems really slow and glitchy. Hopefully it holds up and gets better though.

    Extra: I have sold items in the store, however the mails have not come thru at all, even changing zones. High Ticket items, hope they come thru eventually...Add that to your list of issues ZOS: Khajiit mail thief. (Not being racist, I'm in Reapers March. lol)

    My friend, no, not back. The server cant work like this - if u have luck, u play, if u not have, not play. This is wrong and ZOS needs to admit that it has some problem with its servers, its subscribers are tired of lies, 'mistakes', fallacies and precipitations. I think patience has limits!

    The amount of money I pay my ISP every month you would think they would put a fibre cable direct into the ESO server for me :/

    How do I go about getting a VPN? As a guild leader I am getting a bit desperate at this point!

    ZOS needs to admit that problems exist and need to get this message out that 'everything is solved'. This is a lie, a fallacy, it is a disrespect with subscribers and non-subscribers. That simple!

    Problem is that the philosophy of ZOS is: lying for convenience. I say something, ZOS friends, truth is the only way to understand bad situations, problems, etc, because lies have short legs and sentences, do not go far.

    Just a side comment, I used to always wonder why people came here and complained about the server instability with ESO. I played at launch for a few months and came back last April or so and never thought their server stability was that much of an issue. However, these past few months have been seriously bad. Between the DDOS, them taking down servers and piggybacking a Monday patch on a Saturday / Sunday, and so on - seriously, I get it.

    This sort of stability is something I would expect from a newly launched title during their first couple months, not an established MMO that has had 3 yrs to get their *** together.

    I still cannot log in. We absolutely deserve an extension to the double AP event and a discount on our monthly sub.

I played at launch for a few months and came back last April or so and never thought their server stability was that much of an issue. However, these past few months have been seriously bad. Between the DDOS, them taking down servers and piggybacking a Monday patch on a Saturday / Sunday, and so on - seriously, I get it.

    This sort of stability is something I would expect from a newly launched title during their first couple months, not an established MMO that has had 3 yrs to get their *** together.

    I still cannot log in. We absolutely deserve an extension to the double AP event and a discount on our monthly sub.

    I think they should give everyone who hasn't been able to log on today a 3-legged hamster pet.

    I'm sorry, I don't get the joke. In either case, the continued response is not directed towards you, but a continued thought for ZOS and those interested.

    I used to come here and read people's demands and snicker to myself thinking "Psh, ZOS doesn't owe- blah blah blah," but yeah, they do. Of course I can go and play another game, but I'm currently paying a monthly sub to play this game in the manner that my monthly sub provides. Sure, people can say "Then take off your sub, it's a f2p - blah blah blah" - Simple answer? No, I won't. I paid. I want my service. Their service has been unsatisfactory. I want to be reimbursed. It's nothing personal. There's no rage here. Maybe, if everyone held companies accountable for the money we gave them, we'd have much better service than we do now.

    run tracert and see where you are timing out. the more info we.. and more importantly zos gets the better.

    Come on Zeni, this is beyond a joke now. Haven't been able to get on all day. Still getting "could not retreive announcements", I have NO connection to the server whatsoever.

    If there is an internet outage somewhere that is causing this and isn't your fault, just let us know.

    If it is something at your end, fix it, and communicate with us - don't leave us unable to get in game and say nothing about what is being done to fix it. I'm PAYING for a service in case you forgot that.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno Re: ticket 170304-003881, Still having NA error 200 login problems after second maintenance. 198.20.198.110 (live-services.elderscrollsonline.com) appears down and related to login processing. See pcap attachment on ticket.


    Guys, it may be that ZoS is using a cluster of servers for logins, and one server in the cluster has gone bad and isn't being detected.

    Testing or not, it's a limited time event that was scheduled. That schedule is seriously getting screwed up. I seriously don't get the defense on ZOS, or any other game company for that case. They don't even need to pay a PR company, b/c they have fans blindly defending them.

    A company issues their customers a service, I pay for that service, that service gets disrupted, that service should be extended. ZOS is not the underdog here.

    It doesn't matter. It's specifically designated for testing. Whether we deserve it or not's up to them. I agree that something should be done, however your insinuation of me blindingly defending them is so far off base. Actually read the thread. Cool your jets. Just because I point out that the AP event is for testing doesn't mean I'm on their side.
