Yes. MORE features in the game is always better than LESS features. If you're constantly looking at everything in life for what they "aren't" rather than for what they "are", you're living a pretty sad existence.

Pre ordered GR Wildlands. I think I'll take a break but I'll be on the forums. Open Beta is a lot of fun and it's an truly open world game. Actually more open than this
