Do you like the homestead patch?

My playtime in Homestead is only about 15 mins but based on everything I see and read its great for the game. Sure I don't like everything but I do like a lot. I love the idea of master writs and furniture crafting and housing and most of all I like that its a free update. I think its awesome on ZOS part that they keep 1) improving the game 2) give us major patches for free and 3) introduce new features. IMO its a win/win for ZOS and the community. The future additions to such things as Homestead are limitless and I'm excited for the prospect of what is to come in the future.

Never thought I would say this, but this is my favorite DLC to date. My writ-o-holic lifesytle has finally paid off, and the housing system is far more entertaining than I would have imagined. Also, my sorc got a DPS buff. Are there things I would like added to housing? Sure, but I am not going to dwell on the negative.

Not bad. Still there is a lot of room for improvements.

•Increase player cap (at least 40 for manors)
•Furniture inventory
•Homes in DLC zones
•interactive furniture (have drawers and barrels RnG spawn items in them.)

I'm having fun. I enjoy decorating my house and testing my rotation and dps. I typically hang out a my best friends house but he lets me decorate so it's fun. I am however hungry for new content. I really like this game and plan on being here for a long time.

I'm enjoying it. It's got a lot of potential for the long-term. I wouldn't say it's the "best" housing system I've seen, but it's still good for what it is.

Now, I haven't played but a couple times since launch and it seems like the furniture mats have a horrible drop rate. I will either grow to love it, or simply become indifferent towards it all.

I like the balance changes, for sure.

Housing, I honestly couldn't care less about. I never bothered with housing back in Skyrim, and housing was actually useful in that game. Here, it's a much bigger gold sink, and it doesn't really have any functionality. So I'm not going to bother with it.

Oddly enough, when I take my daily walk exercise outside, I'm wanting to pluck the tree up and move it here or there, lol, all my world is like digitised. This patch is really getting into me.

Without genuine functionality housing will only ever attain 50% of its potential.
