Also I bought by previewing not by walking up to the door. So go preview it and then when you are in the house you get an option for purchasing options and you buy it with gold from there.
Sorry to hear some can't buy. I would have been gutted. Been saving up for a large house since it was announced. Was always gong to be the orc one until I saw the beach at Hundigs and I bought straight away.

The issue with this specific home is with the related quest/achievement-based gold purchase unlock. We're targeting next week's incremental patch, but we still need to lock in and test a fix. ✭OH WHOOPS! Sorry about that, you just use some crowns in the mean time...Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.1
