It was abyssmal at game launch back in 2014. Myself I kinda quit the pve part of the game and questing and focused only on pvp, even if that was also bugged. I still cant, this very day, get back into pve and questing due to the fact that it was sooooobuggy and broken at launch.

✭✭✭✭✭It's certainly unfortunate and something that ought to be hotfixed straightaway rather than waiting for a scheduled incremental patch.
That said, these sorts of things are not unusual in other MMOs - Turbine always accompanied their patch notes with a long list of known issues, and SOE's patches were notoriously unreliable and the servers regularly had to come down for hotfixes immediately after patching.4 -

✭I visited all non extremely ugly houses (i.e. Bosmer and Argonian) and Hunding's was the only one I almost considered buying. Considered because I still hope for a Nibenese Imperial home in Anvil.
Anyway... Hunding's is not perfect as the house could be larger and the exterior awnings should be optional, but the visual ratio between outside and inside space was more balanced than the other houses (the outside of others' are much larger).
It's a shame it's bugged.I am the very model of a scientist Salarian, I've studied species Turian, Asari, and Batarian.
I'm quite good at genetics (as a subset of biology) because I am an expert (which I know is a tautology).

Pretty standard and for an reason, they can patch the pc version for free, but the console patches they have to pay for and it takes time.
And waiting an week is probably as it require client update so they make an bug collection to patch.Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.1 -
