I really appreciate how long this goes on for, and that the cameraman included the intro bit so we could tell it wasn't just a really short loop. It's the little things in life, y'know?

You can see the third turkey, the one with the most erect plumage, activate his destro ult at 1min 15 seconds in. However the lack of frames and the LOS with the tree diminished the particle effects so it's not easy to see.

Also he seems to be dodging a lot of attacks but he doesn't have evasion on his bar. Anyone know how he is doing that?

thats about right. run - hide - attempt 3 sec burst - then run - hide - attempt 3 sec burst - rinse and repeat - after 20 trys message your opponent that was chasing you saying something like good game we can't kill each other.
