Might I Suggest: Placeable Banners with Guild Tabard Design

Like the title suggests, it occurred to me as I was decorating my house on the PTS and looking at all the achievement banners that you get that being able to place the tabard design of one's guild as a banner would be a rather useful feature. Had this occurred already to anyone at ZOS? XD If not I'd suggest seriously looking into it.

This would be really nice; it could even be something that takes master writ vouchers (a modest amount please). If we could have that, plus doubling (at least) the max players in the manors.... well it would generate some good will and make a quasi guild hall at least somewhat doable.

Been suggested a bunch of times but hopefully they will add! Manors are more than large enough for a guild hall just need banners! Also need portals to Earth Forge/ Mage Island and a bulletin board listing guild and friends names!
