I am quoting the comment you made in the thread from yesterday when you closed it (in order to prevent confusion) in which you directed customers to this thread to point out: This thread is specifically about consoles in the title (thus creating more confusion not less), and also that the issues today for PC NA seem exactly the same as yesterday/last night for PC users.
In fact, I'll assume they were going on all night as exactly the same thing is happening (bad lag and mass DCs) just fewer people posting as most people (including me) were sleeping as opposed to trying to play.
Not trying to be confrontational, just trying to point out this might not be the best way to gather info.
