No seriously, it seems like ZoS made the update for only those two houses. They're probably 3x the size of the manors that cost 3m and you can tell thats where a ton of work went into. They make the manors look like classic houses.

I actually think the island is hideous, which I'm happy about, cause now I have no urge to purchase it. The cave is okay-ish. Sure they have more space, but good luck with filling that! They still hold the same number of total items.

Same here, my main guild is pooling money to buy one of the castles ...
24 people seems a wee bit on the small end of things.

I would suggest to any player to not contribute so one player can own a major.
It's not a guild home. He/she quite game or guild and the home cannot be transfered.

No, caps depend on size of house but so far 24 is the most.

That is my understanding but i haven't tested it yet (Damn real life work and stuff) ...
I'm sure we could set up a guild to do this. It must be possible to get 24 people on PTS at the same timedriosketch wrote: »So anyone with 24 friends willing to check the cap on the different house sizes?
It's not like RPers are going to go into houses for the one purpose of spamming as many aoes as they possibly can. Unless having more than 24 people in a home would actually crash something somewhere (doubtful but possible?), I don't think anyone would mind a bit of lag or needing to mess with settings a little bit in order to attend large gatherings.

24>50>75>100.
This would allow players to upgrade to a cap that fits there needs and Zos will profit from crown sales making it a win win situation.
