I'm a level 8 Khajiit, Nightblade, with the Aldmeri Dominion. The GT my account is on is No Gav3ity, but my User ID / character is SacrificeRogue. (When my bf got Xbox gold, we weren't sure if it transferred to all accounts on the Xbox so I just made my account under his GT. Turns out I didn't have to. Oh well.). So...yeah, any guilds doing recruiting not from 2015? Lol

If guilds are recruiting from 2015 or any other past date that means they originally posted in 2015 and the guild is STILL going. If anything this shows longevity, but I can understand if you want to join a newly starting guild. You can also just start your own guild if you don't already run one.
