That's what I was missing. Also naughtily tucked away in the middle of a paragraph there.

Wonder now how refills on this booster will work, but will have to wait until tomorrow to find out.

Hozah! Double xp for casual players such as me poor ol' self! Did I mention how very poor and ol' me be?

I would love an answer from the OP as to *why* it is no good to have these (thrice per year [apx.]) xp events. I personally missed the one with the cake last year and my poor 'eart was downcast. Downcast I say! I only caught the tail end of the witch one.

I am suspicious that *some* of those who don't like such events are those who feel disenfranchised when others achieve what they have achieved. I understand the desire to stand out among the thousands, but such a basic need as leveling probably shouldn't be among those in my humble opinion.

WHAAAAAAA! PEOPLE ARE PLAYING THE GAME THE WAY THEY WANT TO! MAKE IT STOP ZOS!!!!

This is what I hear when I see posts like yours. Please tell me how it effects you? All you need to get the chest is get one good shot in on the boss, you just jump to all of the dolmen and WBs in the game and get them all done with lots of help and poof... achievements unlocked in days rather than months. Sounds like a win win to me.

P.S. Dark Anchor grinding still goes on even without double XP boosters. Every zone I've been to while leveling my new toon these last two weeks has seen at least 5 players per dolmen, rising to 10-15 sometimes for zones with valuable drops. Since I'm forced to equip ranged abilities to get the maximum change of XP from each one, getting double the XP will go from either the overall same amount to twice the XP and half the zones to cover.

You're not supposed to enjoy the leveling phase. You're not supposed have fun questing without thinking too much about your level. You're supposed to feel inferior until you're cp-capped. Being below lvl50 is a pityful state to put behind you asap. Remember: 561cp can only be reached by mindless grinding, NOT by doing something enjoyable. Once you reach 160cp, you're allowed to stop grinding mobs and may finally start farming Dolmens and world bosses for set gear.

On a serious note: I don't begrudge anyone their xp buff but why do so many players need to "grind to lvl50 asap"? To do what? There's so many fun things to do at low levels. Ever two-shot some cp300 guy in a duel at lvl8?

Casuals bring in more people to game, casuals have to buy the game, keeping casuals into the game makes it feel like its getting better by the day.

Cater to veterans, no changes happen, veterans are stingy with their money, most likely are not subscribed to ESO because they dont need too, veterans dont bring anyone new to the game, game feels like its dying because no new people are coming into the game because its catering to the top 10%.

Your the CEO of ESO, what do you do?? Obviously cater to casuals.
