threads been up 2 days and 20+ pages and they suddenly appear, kinda fishy if you ask me.

Anyways they have obviously no idea and these are the perfect victims for the Crates and exactly the kind of people they were designed to target, leave them be, there are always a few non believers who have to find out the hard way.

This thread is at what now 500 plus comments and NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN the article even gets released today and people are acting oblivious and more pro crates um hmmm fishy fishy definitely.

The thing is they are totally oblivious to the whole picture and the main concern about these Crates,

It has NOTHING to do with there current contents, NOTHING to do with who has money, it is ALL about were these cash shop RNG boxes lead and have lead to in EVERY game they have ever been implemented into, EVERY one.

If these people are so 'wise' I would like to know why will our version be different than the other 100+ games that have gone down this very same route ?

Trust I have no rebuttals. Sad to say I can not speak for those who don't know any better. I just know I've been so disgusted today that I haven't played more than 5 minutes today. VERY UNLIKE ME; I looked at all the crowns I have stashed and logged out, wondering what a waste of money. They've been working on these cash grabs but there's content that needs fixing, VMA, no (no nerf, a fix). TRIALS that haven't been doable due to dc's, LAG. PVP NEEDS WORK BAD and I don't even pvp. Its just utterly distasteful

Yeah, I agree and must admit yesterday's confirmation of Crates this week, although I knew they were coming eventually, followed by today's 'article' where it is quite clear nothing as really been changed since PTS, even after they said things would be reworked and improved as definitely dampened my enthusiasm for playing the game a feeling I know for a fact from this thread alone others have felt also.

Still waiting for all the promised 'fixes' in the game, instead we get these

I fear those fixes that were promised will never see the light of day, With winter coming its hard to say...totally didnt mean to rhyme btw but I don't feel like rewriting. on another note has @MissBizz made her appearance here yet? I know she tested the crates on PTS

@prettynink I did make an appearance... pretty much said I have nothing to say. I hate these boxes. I've said it over and over and over again, so there's just nothing left to say.

Lightning bear was one of the things I was looking forward to. Too bad they've abandoned their playerbase and aren't selling things directly anymore.

Getting close to Christmas and the new year. Execs at the top of the ladder want some more money in their pockets. It's either that or the game is in financial troubles which I'm willing to bet my left nut it's not. Scamcrates aren't even released yet and it's onlyl going to get worse in the coming months.

As goes people who are indifferent to them. Plus it does seem that ZOS took some of the feedback and made changes in regards to consumables so you can now convert them to gems.

Most of those supporting PAWS have been in Tamriel a long time. Supported it during the early years when it was basically totally unfinished. Stuck by it. Defended it. Believed in it. We oppose the con crates because we give a damn for the future of this game and the reputation of the wider franchise.

But how bat cray cray can one be to expect to get exact apex mount he wants? I mean, chances are you will get several dupes before that. To give 300 euros for an ingame mount? Does it fly? Does it sh*t gold tier tempers? Does it boost XP? Can it repair armors? Maybe its faster? Can it be that it is already trained to the max?

Face it, you are just gambling. Plain and simple. And you will gamble away ESO into territory of P2W, and finally, death.

I want to buy things directly. I don't like gambling. it's not one of my vices.Is ZOS planning on still providing quality items and content for direct sale or do people like me need to start looking elsewhere?

That's not what "prospect" means. The reviews can't drop like that overnight, the information is very new and the crates are only being introduced this Thursday.

Maybe take a look at who was hired to do this and what happened in the other games where she did this. Check the general opinion on them.

Because they never cared about our feedback. They knew what it would be even as they made the decision to implement the crates, everyone with any experience with other MMOs would know. People complain, some will leave, some will start spending less, but after discounting all these predictable losses lootboxes still make a *** of money - and that's all that matters. They made a few small changes, but they were never going to remove the crates altogether.

Quite sure everyone already has done so, since that "look what person they have hired" turns up here quite regurlarly. Like, yesterday. When quite a lot of folks agreed we should stop blaming that one person. And that you can't possibly know what exactly happened to other games.

I would like to know this too. I have bought numerous mounts and costumes and would do so again. I am still waiting for the white wolf mount to be released and would really absolutely hate it, if it would only be available via crate-gambling.
