Any scheduled/Planned events I do put in to the guild message of the day. I also sometimes post it on the forum to get more players to join. However, the impromptu was not a planned event. It was just something that someone decided to do at the moment.

I will contact the person that did the impromptu and then see if we can plan for a impromptu future run. I will place the info in the guild message after I talk to them.
