I don't know about you guys, but I personally find that an XP boost does in no way justify the amount of grinding/effort/money you have to put into these Ambrosia potions, whether the old or new one, whether to buy or to make them yourself.
Here's an interesting bit of math.
If your provisioner can make 4 drinks for the price of 1, then you start by making 4 psijic ambrosias.
Then you turn those 4 psijic ambrosias into mythic aetherial ambrosias, again getting 4 for the price of 1.
Now you have 16 mythic aetherial ambrosias, for the cost of 1 perfect roe and 4 aetherial dust doodads.

Right so as soon as we log on we all go and gobble up all fragment parts for sale and triple the prices. ..good one zos. What a *** idea. Sorry but it's the most lame idea you've come up with. You really disabled the game for this shite? Guess you'll be adding in the 13th toon slot to crown stores asap too.

Yeah exactly... I see no point in actually going for this item. It's just easier to use what most people already have. It's just a new shiney to keep people preoccupied because there is no real new content in the game.

Sooooo now aside from the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get Perfect Roe via farming for a 30 minute exp boost, we have to get a whole new psijic ambrosia recipe because who cares about long time crafters, right? But now we need to grind to grind to grind.
This is stupid. I would rather just go kill crap for a day and get to max level anyway than even bother to make this.
Anyone that is re-grinding for a new Regular Ambrosia recipe? Are any of your writs returning any fragments?
I stopped doing them after finally finishing and there were many anecdotes that if you had one you wouldn't get any more fragments. Or you had to start a new character to get any or etc.

Last time I've checked psijic recipe pieces were sold for next to nothing in guild stores. I guess this will slightly change now for a while. Patience is a virtue here - remember the same fragments selling for 2-300k each on the first day being introduced just to drop to 20-30k a week later.
