I usually just run pledges with guildies and friends, but yesterday i was on late and everyone had already done em so i swallowed and queued up for pledges. Reading about all the horror storys here on the forum i expected the worst. Im not an experienced pve player since i pvp mostly, but i know my rotations, have golded my pve gear and max cp. The first Group all where around 100-300 cp and we cleared veteran spindle without wiping. Sure the bosses took a while to dps down but everyone carried their weight and it was a fun run. Then i queued up for Direfrost veteran. The Group also this time consisted of on average 200cp players. But everyone knew their role and again we where taking down the bosses one at a time without wiping until we came to final boss. None of us new mechanics so after we wiped first time we looked em up and tried 2 more times wiping again. Then the healer complained about low dps and left :P Some just dont have patience and some also Think too highly of themselfs. Anyway we searched for a new healer and full cp healer came in. We told him we wiped 3 times and where a little unsure about mechanics. He explained the 2 big mechanics to look out for. Get out of Boss reach when he teleport and AOE and to break the sap asap. We cleared it at first try
All in all i must say that this experience way exceeded my expectations. I know theese dungeons arent the hardest ones but it went smooth and that max cp is in no way needed as long as groupmemebers actually do the role they assign too. And it is funny that the player leaving, Crying about how others dont perform good enough are the one actually dragging the Group down. Anyway just wanted to post a positive experience of groupfinder to balance things out a bit.
