Craglorn currently has no traders. I own TWO guilds in Craglorn, and neither are existing on traders - the traders cannot be hired as the guild still shows as owning the traders in craglorn... but the traders can't physically be accessed. I believe zenimax currently owe me 9m across the 2 guilds that I bid for personally, I am sure the other Craglorn guilds would love a refund too

In fairness the sun set back in v12 alone made me over 20M... first days of gold DSA jewl a lot more... Wax is currently the same price, we see if it stays that way through patch - even if I make a loss, overall the investments have been a profit
I've tried to be patient and diplomatic about this, waiting for a fair solution, but this is getting ridiculous!
In compensation for MASSIVE disruption and ~150M losses in guild sales (my guild sold 133M last week before the new update boom) I get given a refund of my bid and a little extra that doesn't even cover my loss in tax income, let alone significant indirect losses from reputational damage and disruption of trading strategy for me and guild members.

While we cannot return the trader to you, by way of making it up to you, we have refunded the gold to you, the Guild Leader, to invest in next week's traders.
Oh that's useful... you gave gold to me and all my rivals so we all got more gold to waste against each other... that's real useful!
COME ON ZOS!!! I don't want compensation! It makes no difference! I want a fix!

Stuff happens, get over it. No one in your guild is going to die because you lost a kiosk for a week, nor are the THOUSANDS of players going to decide never to buy your goods again because there is another trader there this week.
Bid it up and get it next week and move on. You are doing as much damage to your guild's reputation here on the forums with the childish rant as you ever would without a kiosk for a couple of days.

why should anyone of us care for the gold. did u read anything? why should we - as persona - each gm of the guilds - get gold from zos, for something they did to 500 people each guild.
and yes, why not? we made our bids, we played tactical on monday/tuesday night, we were the people which made their thoughts about bids and how much might be enough and where to bid - and have been successfull that night. this traders in first update-week are legally ours. its nothing to do with gold swhich has been spent, it has something to do with people - not only the gm, as well the active members - giving much of effort into a guild and expecting a reward for this.
ttg had 130m sales before update, aetherius 110m, jt 50m - each of that guilds 500 members doing that sales, able and willing doing even more than that this week and preparing for yes - this *** week. where is the compensation for them?

You SAY that you don't care for the gold, but you keep referring back to how much of it you are potentially losing.

dont mix the people up.You are making a mountain out of a molehill. Even the biggest and richest of guilds can survive without a kiosk for a couple of damn days.
sure my guilds always survived. also i dont think much member will leave my guild out of this, nor do i think anything of what u tell me i would think.
but it changes nothing about that, that zos *** not only some gm up, but some thousands people. and there seemingly seems to be no awareness from u or zos about that. but i can udnerstand that, trolls in forums als laugh about people when they get banned while they arent guilty and ashame then, trolls just poop on everything, while zos goes on *** up their customers.
that 40gb and the launcher *** also was just "nothing", the pink textures were nothing, the massive client crashes were nothing, the ban waves against nobody was nothing, and the implemented bugs which lead into exploits also were nothing, bots were nothing, dupe and writs were nothing, the massive server offline stuff the last weeks.... its all just nothing and first world problems.
sure its first world problems, since we are arguing about a stupid online game, but still there is a company-customer-realtionship, where the company goes on kicking peoples butts.
This really isn't THAT big of a deal.
out of what you perceive is YOUR spot .

we will meet next time, u have a problem with game or in game - i am sure, its also just nothing then.out of what you perceive is YOUR spot .
sry, but it is, at least for this week. just that simple.
Probably not, because when I have a problem in game, I have the ability to sack up and move on.

Except it's not THE MARKET here, it's ZOS.
If it were the market - fine, you play by the rules, sometimes you lose, sometimes you win. Fair.
If it was an external happening like an earthquake, fine, that's bad luck, unpredictable and uncontrollable is what it is.
But in this case, it's someone putting your shop on fire. That someone is responsible. Namely, ZOS. THey have the power to put everything back the way it was, but instead, they reimburse a week's rent and leave the ashes. Not OK.
By the way, those who pretend that GM of trading guilds take stuff "too seriously", I'm ready to bet that you are NOT one of them, that you DON'T GET UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT EVERY WEEK to place a bid, that you don't spend hours every day managing your members, your guild's activities and the incentives for your members to sell and donate for the guild trader.
Sure it's only a game, but the personal investment is real.
ZOS, you've screwed up big time this time, and your "solution" is a slap in the face. I hope you realize how much guild masters' and officers' personal involvement matters in terms of keeping the game alive and us logging in everyday. In fact, over time, it matters more than whatever updates you develop, which we "eat up" within days anyway. In the long term, what keeps us here is GUILDIES. Guild masters take care of the infrastructure that keep us together as guildies. ZOS, your attitude in this particular matter is simply not acceptable.
