Get a grip man, I hate grinding up undaunted to level 9 on all my characters, it is what it is deal with it.

I think a couple of guys misunderstood. I wasn't suggesting going to BWB to grind AP - I was just using it as a comparison of how easily AP comes when you know what you're doing vs how slow it is when you don't.

Yeah, it only takes a few hours to grind vigour WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING out in PVP-land.

I've not tried PvP before I got max CP. I went in mainly for the sky shards and skills that I use in PvE too, like aggressive warhorn, retreating maneuvers, razor caltrops and resolving vigor. Needless to say I joined a veteran CP campaign and got those skills pretty fast. One extra challenge for me was to completely change my play style. My main character, the only one I went to Cyrodiil with, mainly tanks in PvE. I actually had to use those shards to unlock my medium armor and 2H skills because I found out pretty quick I can't kill other players fast enough in my tanking gear when I got ganked at a quest hub by an enemy NB and we fought for something like 2-3 minutes before he gave up and ran. Now I play as burst/ranged 2H/Bow 1L/5M/1H full stamina DK and I really enjoy it. Only reached lieutenant rank because I didn't find quite enough time to PvP as much I would have liked with the SotH dungeons, doing the daily chores and leveling alts too. I'm not very skilled at PvP, and have no specialized gear, but I still manage 20-50K AP/hour in a medium population campaign (Ebony Blade EU-PC), and managed as high as 185K AP over 4-5 hours on a full one (Trueflame EU-PC).

Neither side, pvp or pve, should have to do something they hate.

I think they made it this way to force people to at least try both sides. I totally get that, but imo they're making it worse with 1T because we'll be spending a looong time grinding all that new gear in PVE as it's all BoP. So not only do PVPers need to farm undaunted, monster sets, lorebooks, fighter's guild, but they have to grind their own sets, which can take a really long time to get the traits and pieces you want.
I expect Cyrodiil to be pretty dead for a while once this update drops. Quite a few players have already been away from PVP farming keys in preparation for 1T.

True enough. I do feel sorry for the pvp'ers that hate pve. So much BS they have to go through to get some things.

Honestly believe everything should be available to each side through their particular set of activities. Even though ZOS is probably doing it so people try different aspects of the game.

You know the fast way to get heals? Roll magicka...

It's a shame. Even when they moved it down but the AP scaling was the same it felt like such an achievement to unlock Vigor. Now it's just like, meh.
Started a new character a little over a week ago and my Assault/Support skill lines are maxed out. It's really sad.

I know the feeling . You didn't see vigor spam everywhere . You knew when someone used it they pvpd a lot . Took me around 3 months to unlock .

Got it and Caltrops in a day and a half of just riding to attacked keeps... sometimes in large group sometimes solo... I actually realized that I may like PVP more than I thought I would... tho I am really bad at it...
