Really now, we just had two maintenance sessions this week and now there's going to be yet another one, with another one coming in when the patch drops. Such incompetence :neutral:

    if they didn't do maintaince and there where bugs you'd be accusing em of incompetance for that

    They could reduce the number of maintenance outages, but making that possible would require more maintenance outages.

    While I'm usually quite annoyed at the server going down... this is the single biggest change that's occurred to the way the game operates.

    If they need an extra maintenance to get it all running ok then so be it.

    (& yes I know it's probably going to have problems anyway but wth).

    I'm sure there must be a reason for it.... they aren't just doing it for *** & giggles

    Some of us haven't been playing for days now and not by choice. We just can't! The server is unstable. Insanely high ping and difficulties to log in. But yea OP has a point, too many maintenance but nothing is fixed

    too many maintenances is one thing but the now regular unscheduled server downtime to fix problems caused in the previous maintenance/fix's is getting beyond a joke.

    Been like every week now since DB there has been unscheduled downtime after maintenance downtime, but the odd weeks there is no regular maintenance every thing is fine.......go figure

    I am dreading patch day. not for the patch, but for all the things that will no doubt go wrong.

    The last couple of weeks has been a excessive. But moving them up three hours? That's just not cool. That's a choice, and a bad one.

    One Tamriel is coming soon, more maintenances then usual is a good thing.

    You should be thanking them for switching the time to 2 AM...somebody at ZOS has to start work in the wee hours just to appease you people complaining about down times, yet you still complain.

    FF14 has more maintenances than this game does from what I've seen so far. Maintenance is imperative to keep a game running. Just be thankful ESO's maintenances don't run half a day at MINIMUM like FF14.

    Yeah, cause EVERYONE is in the same time zone, works day shift, and all jobs are Mon-friday....

    Personally it throws a wrench in my plans(i work nights and off Sun/Mondays so 2 am IS my "afternoon") but it DOES give me some morrowind time.....

    Maintenance are a good thing, if i had any faith left that real problems are being fixed.


    Fixing mushrooms in one area?. Fixing dungeon so you cant jump down the wall thus skipping 8 dirt mobs? These are the 'fixes' i am seeing in game and in no way should they be coupled with as many down times as ESO, never mind worst prioritization i have ever seen.

    Never mind the fact that there were 2 maintenance free weeks in the past 4 weeks or so.

    Everybody freaks out the second maintenance is here. But when it's not here no one praises or anything. Such babies!!!

    Go run your own MMO without doing maintenance.

    There's still bugs and tons of problems despite their maintenance.

    It's a 5 hour difference right? 7 AM is still a good time, how many people play on a weekday at that time?

    I think you are forgetting one is normal maintenance ( monday) and the other one is for update 12 or one tamriel ( wednesday)

    Fine for you but this is prime time for us in other parts of the world. Server down at 4pm local time here, just before I get home from work, maybe up by midnight - no play at all for me for the second time in a week.
    Australian on PS4 NA server.

    Well I have a full time job and I work evenings so monday morning is when I have time to play because it is also usually my day off...

    They better fix the servers 'cause me and my friends can't even play on sunday due LAG (PVE)!!! I can't even imagine 1 tamriel release like this.

    Welcome to Elder Maintenance Online. It is sad on how many game hours they take away from players because of their long and frequent maintenance times. What is really pathetic however, is that the serious issues never get fixed.
