Should Valkyn Skoria 1 piece give spell damage to bring it more in line with Velidreth?

I disagree with how "f'in awesome" the changes are.
They "doubled" the damage and doubled the cooldown time (now a 10sec CD). Velidreth still hits harder, and has a higher chance to proc (not a 6% chance on DoT damage). I should also mention Velidreth will have a 9 second CD.
Ah I just knew about the damage increase not the cooldown increase. Actually a nerf then, change my vote to changing the 1 piece.Duraeon / Maoh

What? Magsorc is only behind Mag dk in dps and only when the dk can sit on the boss the entire time.
Different classes are better for different fights obviously, but magsorc is extremely strong right now. Next patch I see sorcs getting over 50K on zhaj and the twinsMechanically Challenged, PCNA competitive raid guild

I could maybe see it being better than mag nightblade right now, maybe but no way is it the best magicka class. @Apherius

I was also under the impression it was going up to 8 seconds CD, but not 10 seconds. 2 seconds matters a lot when I'm already proccing this to its limit constantly.
