Hey everyone,
We ran into an issue during the publishing process when we were pushing today’s patch to the live PTS server. We are now re-staging the build, which takes several hours. As a result, the PTS patch deployment will be delayed until tomorrow. Apologies for the delay, and thank you for your patience.

Any Patch Notes previews you can give, anyway?Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Surely you didn't miss your own insult to the quality of the work the dev team puts in? and, unless I am mistaken, long standing policy has been notes AFTER patch installation.0 -

✭Well, I'm glad there was no live patch today, seeing as you guys are getting very consistent at screwing the update process up. Think you guys should really look into why this happens every week.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭Things like this are why they do not publish patch notes before the patch is applied. Things go wrong, certain fixes/changes in patch that are causing problems need to be pulled out, and so on. So publishing patch notes early would run risk of publishing stuff that is not going to make it into the patch. Which is likely to open up a can of worms they would like to avoid. Why was a change pulled? A minor issue that will be fixed by next incremental? A major issue that calls into question whether they can ever add this change to game?
That being said...
Get your act together with patching, ZOS. The occasional delay is understandable. But this is becoming the norm, not the exception. It looks unprofessional and reflects badly on the company and the game.4
