Also thank you for the goats.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

The game is awesome. I wouldn't be here complaining about it if I didn't want to play it so much ;) It needs to be handled with consistency though, devs should at least try to iron out some bugs before introducing more. I want my movement speed back :(

So regarding this hard data, does it discriminate between inactive & active characters?
I probably shouldn't respond to such a post, but gotta jump in. We do use data and compare that to player feedback and our own experiences on live. Players always assume that what they see is what everyone is doing... that is a very dangerous assumption. Let's take a more detailed look at question #7... (even though its trolly)
"What hard data did you use when buffing heavy armor? If your data is reliable and / or your ability to interpret this data is satisfactory, why are HA sets like Black Rose so popular among damage dealers?"

Note: I'm only using NA PC data for a quick example... I don't have the time to wait for the report to parse all 180+ GB of data for all platforms.

Current armor bias of ALL players on NA PC:
    w2tkk.jpg

Current armor bias of ONLY PVP players on NA PC
    308utdy.jpg

.. and now just for fun, here's the bias of all PVP players on NA PC with 501+ CP.
    2qwjwux.jpg

So in general, heavy isn't as popular as everyone thinks in PVP, especially at the higher end CP. The changes to heavy armor have swung things much closer to what I would call overall parity than ever before. There is still room for improvement however, especially when we start digging into things like class armor bias breakdowns. (i.e. - DK generally prefer heavy over all other armor types...etc)

Why are there no shorts in Tamriel? There are pants yes and no pants yes so why not the half pants?

This has occurred to khajiit and now she is puzzled. She will think on it until she is too drunk to remember what shorts are.

My favorite game of all time. This is the only game I have ever actively player for more than a year before switching to a new game. I can hardly even buy any new games anymore because I know I wont play them much because I will be back on ESO within an hour or two.

I've been playing this game almost exclusively since console release in July 2015. That's almost 15 months. If I am still playing a game a year after I get it, that's a minor miracle so this says a lot. The amount of content is just insane. After playing 2 hours each day, I can still do new content/quests. Wow!

Khajiit thinks they should put a short wearing, snow shovelling Nord somewhere in Windhelm yes in tribute to that image.

After all shorts in the cold cold snow is almost as if there were no pants there at all!

He's wearing a hat. He gets points for the shorts, what looks like a light coat, and blowing snow, but the hat seriously distracts from his winter cred. Seriously, what was he thinking going out dressed like that!
