Lets imagine ZOS provides a way to retrait gear in the crown store. How much would you be willing to pay for each item to retrait?
Would it destroy the fun of the game? MMO players are a strange breed sometimes, we are lost without a carrot...

Exactly. At Lvl 50 you should be able to do it yourself. Maybe by using crafting material or something else that the player can get by just playing the game (and that she/he could sell to other players )0 -

Yes. But it should be conditional. For example, you want to change the trait on a non-craftable sword then you would be required to know all nine traits for swords.

This makes the game pay to win!Adding retraiting as a pay service would result in ZoS having no interest in ever balancing traits and going further out of their way to create "better" traits so that we'd be forced to the crown store to fix insane RNG built into the game for just that purpose. I'd quit on principle if that ever happened.
If they want to add retraiting, do it as an ingame system. If it has anything to do with the crown store it would be in their best interest to build in artificial barriers that you circumvent with real money. To me, that's pay to win.0 -
