It may not be a problem on your end though. It's more likely that the new players' profanity filters are on, which is why they're seeing asterisks.

the problem is in other players, i cant tell "Hey, everyone! turn your profanity filter off pls before i post my recruit message!"
yes this filter is very bad configured, but who cares, its the last thing in game need to be adjusted and fixed1 -

The profanity filter is ON by default. Turning it off does not remove the filter from words you enter into the chat window. Turning off the profanity enables you to see the words others type into the chat filter. For example, if you want to see all the cursing I do in zone chat, you'd need to turn the filter off.
