Thanks to all the research of @Serjustin19 we finally have a mind reading machine. My first idea was to crack into a good ol' developer's head.

"Let's remove AoE caps, even though 99% of the games population says no. Let's add champion points so everyone in elder scrolls can become Hercules. Let's give templars an execute that can instantly vaporize whoever is unfortunate enough to be chosen. Let's lay dragon blood on the floor and take a nice steamy one on it. Stamina doesn't have enough burst, let's give them dawnbreaker, still not enough burst let's give em viper, still not enough velidreth will come in handy, and while we are at it lets throw black rose in the mix. Let's make meteor unreflectable because them magicka Dk's are too stronk. Let's add poisons so people who like to solo can finally be vanquished off the face of tamriel. Let's add vitality potions because people cant heal enough, ya know? Let's implement flying gap closers in our game and then ban people for using gap closers. Let's ban notorious prospering for using speed hacks, he 1vX'es people and we cant have that blasphemy. let's add dueling into the game when the state of dueling is as low as krothas stream views count. Lets let breath of life hit 21k in cyrodil. Let's keep meteor double the cost as dawnbreaker even though dawnbreaker is better. Damn, I love to balance."

Since I was mentioned. I try to answer to the best of my knowlege. Least to me.

1. AOE caps. I am not sure. However when ESO was first released way back when. It felt to me everything was balanced.

2. I love champion points. I will continue to do so. Hower CP is not great for Everyone. Hence why Azura Star was changed to 30 day NON CP Campaign. From 30 day CP Campaign. Black water was changed to NO CP also.

To be fair. I believe these changes were made for those who not wish to be in a campain with CP. For those who are new to PvP. NO CP is great. Everyone will be more equal in Black Water Blade.

3. Yes Radiant Opression really does whole bunch of damage. However Radiant Opression can be blocked to reduce the damage. I must admit. I used to be afraid of Radiant Destruction. But not anymore. Till I found out bymyself. Total Dark. Another Templar skill can be blocked also and dodge roll. In my opinion. Radiant Opression in the right hands can be a useful weapon.

.4. Dragon Blood alone. I do really believe it needs to be buffed. Just a tiny bit though. But if you pair both Dragon Blood and Vigor you should have great healing. Plus pair both Dragon Blood, Vigor and Rally. You have good healing.

5. For those who have Stamina Builds. I beleive in the right hands you have great bursts. However I have always struggled with my old AD Wood Elf DK. I decided to change to Magicka Dark ElF DK. But planned to remake my old character and make her a Stam Nightblade. I for one think Dawnguard is a great weapon. Coming from me who is a vampire on 2 characters I have.

velidreth. I have never tried nor have I tested. I can not speak for this. However I can speak for Black Rose. I have tried the set for many characters. But I quit. I just not like Black Rose for some reason. Not sure why.

6. I miss reflecting Meteor. Only did it once before the change came next day. I to unsure if I like or not like the changes with Meteor.

7. I never used poisions. I can't speak for posions. Nor for those who use poisons. Same for potions.

8. I could never 1vX. I want to but haven't figured out how to still.

9. Bans. A touchy subject to write about. I am unsure if I want to write about them. no offense. Do I agree with most of the bans? No. In some sense I agree to ban somewhat. But not permanent. I am a person who believes in many chances to learn from our past mistakes. That is all I wish to say.

10. Dueling. I have always prefered Dueling in Cyrodill. I will continue to do so. Since I feel at home in Cyrodiil. Mostly in Scourge PS4 EU. But. Then again. I to believe dueling outside of Cyrodiil would help bring more people who are thinking and interesting to try out PvP.

11. I love Honor The Dead. I will continue to use it.

The underlying issue is still the same: the extremes.

In statistical terms, the range is too large and balancing efforts don't adequately take the outliers into account. I, for example, can't get those really high numbers (max this, buffed that). That's fine. And some get worse numbers than me. But if in this scenario you buff something to help the builds of players with weaker numbers, those with really high numbers simply take that and get even stronger. If you nerf something those with higher numbers get reigned in a bit but find another min-max loophole, while those with weaker numbers struggle even more.

Sometimes you see threads at the same time, one calling for buffs and another for nerfs for the same set, class, or ability. This is why. I can't get 21K BoLs in Cyro nor can my Templar melt anyone with RD unless they are less than 50% health and even then they have ways to survive (and honestly no one has ever melted any of my characters with RD unless I was under 50% health). I don't have the time to farm gear for the FOTM cheese builds, I just play with regular, easy to find/craft, blue/purple equipment and adapt to being more vulnerable in Cyro.

The Champion System and the associated loss of soft caps has been mentioned numerous times. Schemes to restore balance and shrink the power range (so that you can still be really strong or really weak but not nearly *that* strong or weak) have been proposed repeatedly month after month after month in many different threads. There has yet to be a direct, extended response to this issue communicated to the players, but, I suspect the new flood of gear sets, making sets available in different zones so that they are more accessible to all players, upping how many Undaunted keys you can get per day, and similar changes coming with One Tamriel are in part an attempt to level things a bit.

Let's Give Overload Set to sorcerers like a bone has a dog , because ALL sorcerer are Overload men ... of course ... .
Let's Give Pet who take 2 skill spot on barres . ( toogle )
Let's nerf Lightning staff aoe , because magicka are too cheat .
Let's keep Wrobel on the team .

Not sure how many times I've said this since the game went live but....

Devs need to
1) Make armor sets worth using for PvP. Make them with the sole purpose of PvP (like Vicious Death proc on players only) and separate the sets to make them ONLY viable in Cyrodiil gained with AP. The sets atm aren't that fantastic. This is why we all go to PvE land and get Viper's or Storm Knight's or w/e broke PvE gear we can find to get an edge.

2) Make any and all skills work with different damage/ buffing ability etc. when in Cyrodiil. I'm not talking about stupid battle leveling, or spirit. I'm talking about a top down revamp of how all the skills work in player vs. player combat.

Makes these 2 things happen, (maybe remove AoE caps), and we' should see much more balanced PvP. I say maybe on the caps because so many people have forgotten what smaller ball groups used to do running around spamming impulse, and how would anyone get near a group of 12 running around with 6-8 of them spamming tornado? No caps is a very tricky thing to keep asking for is all I'm saying.

junk got outta control, and continued to spiral with CPs and new sets. DMG and HEALs had to be nerfed in PVP as a pitiful solution to what had become unchecked.

Bring back softcaps.
