As a 'creative' player I wish to advise you that it is possible on PTS for groups of players to enter any keep they desire without downing doors and/or walls.

Just use infernal guardian and swarm mother together with someone going on an alt on another faction.
Possible solutions would be changing the line of sight restrictions or making the damage from infernal guardian unblockable. Needless to say something will need to be changed before it goes live.
Edit:
Actually now that I think about it, you probably don't even need infernal guardian, could cast inevitable det or meteors on enemies and they have time to run into position and block. The swarm mother will need LOS checks.

So you need your enemy buddy inside the keep.
However, this is a possible exploit and should be fixed.
