Change the PvP Vendors gold option to divines

i know this has been mentioned numerous times but still no mention of it anywhere or any reasons why not,

you changed the items bought for AP to impen which was a good move for the PvPers as they can now buy BiS pieces straight away with AP.

so why is the ones bought for gold still infused? surely every PvEer wants divines over infused,
i mean i know some could argue the large pieces infused is good and even though i disagree i can respect that opinion but this weekend is infused shoulders there is maybe 1 build in the whole game that would use infused on small pieces and TBH i still think thats not a viable build in PvE.

can we get any response on this? even if its a no we have no plans to change it and why i would be able to accept that.

i just want some kinda of clarification and im sure alot of other people would aswel.

With the thief it's less than 1% critical increase with each armour piece. Would I prefer divines? Yes. Does it make a difference? No. Gives me a good reason to still do undaunted pledges and hope for the divine versions.

I prefer infused for helms. Particularly for stuff that's tanky so I can put on the Prismatic runes.

YMMV, but don't assume that everyone out there just wants to follow the meta.

0.825% critical chance is nothing to scoff at, not to mention if you are using TBS you also get 0.9% crit damage as well. Especially when you consider that the extra 173.6 magicka you get on an infused helmet is equal to roughly 16.6 spell damage - and that is on a big piece. The benefit of infused on a shoulder piece is even smaller.

I agree with OP. The trait should only be divines. It's the only trait worth having in PvE for 90% of players.

You could go farm the dungeons though if you really want your prefered trait.

The golden is not there to give you a BiS piece with the best trait. She's there to give you something almost as good if you don't want to go farm it yourself.

It's just that RNG doesnt work that way. You can't just say go farm it with the RNG present in this game. Which is why there should be either a token system or the vendor should simply drop the BiS trait to finally relieve the crappy loot system.

I farmed all my stuff out so it doesn't matter to me, but best in slot is exactly what she gives for pvpers. I really don't see any reason that at the very least shoulders aren't divines.

Supposedly it's supposed to be EITHER Infused or Divines, but Divines is not included, despite what Zenimax may or may not think.

it had been changed to Divines...but a couple of weeks ago the Golden seller got bugged and was selling Impen for Gold and the Divines for AP

it has since been "fixed" back to AP for Impen, but in doing so the reverted the other change and we are back to Infused

it's a case of fix one problem and introduce another...same old story

Please. Just need a med Skoria shoulder in divines. I can't farm that at all. With what 100+ combinations in the chest. It's harder for shoulders than it is maelstrom weapons I can do more than 8 runs a day of vma.

Helms should stay infused, enough people prefer the big pieces to be Infused, especially if ur running a resource mundus its still a. Better gain

But aye, shoulders should be divines. I doubt anyone would prefer infused over divines on small items

If you're a DPS in PvE, sure, you want divines because you should be running Thief and/or Shadow.

But if you're not running one of those two Mundus stones, you don't want divines on a large piece. E.g., if you're a tank, you want an infused headpiece for the Prismatic enchant. I ran vet Spindle countless times, got multiple divines helms, but the one that I wanted for my tank was heavy infused, and since that weight+trait combo simply would not drop for me, I bought it from the vendor.

Simply NO.
Infused is the second best trait, yet you are not satisfied with it?
Trust me, nobody is going to talk poop about you if you are missing ONE divines piece in your gear.

Besides, with 17 new Monster Sets added to the Adhazabi Aba-daro The Golden rotation, you will have to wait for your piece a loooong time.
Meaning you should not rely on the Golden for your itemization.
Instead get your sleeves up and start working for your sets like the rest of us.

Another thing that will put PvE players in an advantage this next update are different chests.
You will be able to open specific chests that contain only specific Monster Sets.
Not only that, but the Prosperous and Training traits will get removed from the loot tables.

Meaning you will have a much easier time obtaining your desired shoulder piece than PvPers will.

Well, Infused is still a very good trait for helms, is it not?
Also, even if they leave training and prosperous in the loot tables for helms in Update 12 (although I am not aware if they said so), this leaves us with 7 traits.
I am sure 14% for divines is that big of an RNG.

Seems you are right, prosperous and training stay for everything non trial related.

Agreed I'll rather have infused over training and prosperous any day.Also no it will be 8 traits again their adding impen back into PVe loot table search for ZOs thread on adding impenetrable back to PVP.

Posts like this make me happy I went all infused. Sure, I may have left a minuscule amount of points on the table, but the ease in which I can swap out sets is fantastic. The difference between the two is tiny. At least on my set up it is.

Got light and heavy, but only helm is heavy, using it on a magplar and need the full undaunted. I want 45k magika.
