I just got bumped to the login screen, and subsequent attempt to log back in fail at various points. Sometimes I won't make it past the login screen. Sometimes it'll fail while loading a character. This started just several minutes ago.

Kicked off and can't log in reliably. If I can and go to select a character, I either make it in and swiftly disconnect, or I get kicked back into login. It also says on the login screen that it could not retrieve announcements.
