Man, I HAVE JUST tested it and it's proccing with Force Pulse, and if you care to do some research you will find people stating that it procs from light/heavy attacks AND weapon abilities that does damage (that aren't AoE) to back it up what I said. I know it won't proc on sorcs spells for example, but the elemental glyphs does procs on staff spells such as Destructive Reach and force pulse.

Do you really think I'm that dumb? I know force pulse delivers 3 hits. Before re enchanting with shock damage glyph it was hitting with 3 hits, after it was hitting with 4 hits.

Even tho I shouldn't since it was stated by SEVERAL people that weapon enchants does procs on these weapon skills. [SNIP]

AFAIK, weapon skills have *always* procced the weapon enchantments. The fact that one particular enchant doesn't proc from Crushing Shock would seem to indicate that the specific combination is somehow bugged.
Another related bug: Dual Wield weapon skills only proc (or strongly favor) a particular hand. The first DW skill always procs the off-hand and the remaining skills always proc the main-hand.

normally run Flame glyphs and also see 4 stats. 3 from Pulse and the Glyph proc.

If I threw away a legendary enchantment/glyph to set this on my current staff of course I was thinking about using it, I was going to test it if it's worth it or not. I would have like to have an option and test new viable options and I just did this post to alert people (and devs) cause I've seen people talking about this new glyph. If it's bugged they should fix it and I'm basically just doing a bug report since they might don't know about this.
@Reorx_Holybeard is correct: Weapon abilities should proc the enchantment. If you don't believe me, go equip dual-wield, steelnado everything, and watch the drain on your wepaon's enchantment charges. No weapon attacks, just abilities.
If a particular skill isn't procing the enchantment, then that's a bug that should be looked at. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

Just a thought, if someone from ZoS were to say no you're wrong or yes it is glitched then problem solved no more flaming. But yes keep it civil.
